Facilitating Growth

I designed this workshop to last around 1.5 hours, it involves a cross-functional group working together virtually or in-person. Participants will prepare "Start, Stop, Continue" feedback for each other beforehand. I'll guide the session through clear steps (included visually above) to ensure a productive and respectful exchange.
